Superior Structural Design:
Morgan Buildings make use of unique state-of-the-art design techniques. Extended use of truss plates & rigid frame technology provide clear open spans at low cost.
Choice of Exterior Finishes:
Choose from elegant pleko siding for a stucco effect, or many different MAINTENANCE-FREE hardboard sidings. Rugged steel also available, with 30-year maintenance-free baked-on multi-layer finish, in many colors.
Pressure Treated Foundations:
Long-lasting 40-year CCA treatment applied to entire perimeter & skids, which run the length of the building. Chemically-treated floor joists. All floor framing is chemically vat treated with PQ8 for termite & rot prevention.
Extra Sturdy Floor:
Exterior glued plywood uses exclusively. Installed with grain running perpindicular to floor joists for maximum strength.

Reinforced For Portability:
Cement (glue coated) nails are used multiplying the holding power so necessary in portable or modular building. Extensive use of framing anchors, truss plates, screws and spikes give maximum durability and strength.
Weather Tight Construction:
Windows, cornens and eaves are sealed for moisture and dus tprevention.
Complete Electrical Wiring:
Wiring is done in strict accordance with the National Electric Code, with both 110V & 220V included. Fluorescent lights with tubes are standard in most models.
Full Heat & Air Conditioning:
All Morgan Buildings are available with several choices of HVAC systems for year-round comfort.
Fiberglass Insulation:
A wide range of insulation systems are available to suit all needs & climate conditions. Full range of insulations available from R2 to R40 & over.
Choice of Interior Wall Materials:
Choose a rich wood grain paneling with attractive random groove styling, or select vinyl-coated gypsum and more!

Exterior Doors:
Choose from a complete line of glass store front or insulated steel doors. Lockset options are unlimited, including dead bolts & panic hardware.
Maintenance-Free Aluminum Frame Windows:
Choose from fixed glass of virtually any size or vertical slider type. Tinted glass, insulated glass, storm sashes or removable screens available.
Prefinished Ceilings:
Cathedral or suspended. Morgan buildings feature a spacious cathedral ceiling for extra roominess and elegance with insulation held in place permanently; cant' shift to create a heat-loss "void". Or choose a flat suspended ceiling on a T-bar grid or other system.
Options Unlimited:
Select full carpeting or tile in any style or color you'd like. Morgan can design and install any plumbing, wiring, HVAC, closets, partitions or cabinets that you need.
