1Q. Do you charge for delivery of my Morgan building?
1A. No, delivery is free within 65 miles of Las Cruces.
2Q. Do I need a concrete slab or to have my site leveled?
2A. No, a concrete slab is not necessary. If you have one already that is fine also.
3Q. My neighborhood only allows wood siding on a storage building, can I still get a Morgan building?
3A. Of course, we offer all of our buildings in Masonite siding custom painted to match your house.
4Q. I saw that some of your buildings have “sky lights” in them, does that option cost more?
4A. No, that option is free.
5Q. I want two windows in my building because I will be painting in it, how much would that cost?
5A. It depends on the size and type of windows but generally no more than $150 total.
6Q. What if I have a huge rock wall and my gate isn’t big enough to get a Morgan building through?
6A. We have a crane and we will lift your Morgan building right over the wall and set it where you want it.
7Q. What if I bought a flimsy storage shed from someone else and now it is all rusted and falling apart?
7A. Don’t worry, we will come and remove it for you and put a Morgan building in its place that will provide you
with years of worry free storage and make your yard look better.
